Partner hub

Two kinds of partners around one focused company

Litter Upkeep stays specialized in recurring litter upkeep. Community Partners help us reach and refer Litter Upkeepers. Resource Partners provide the complementary property services that fall outside our scope.

Partner types

Choose the role that fits your organization

Community Partner

Community Partners support the workforce side of the ecosystem. Senior living and independent-living communities, 55+ communities, senior centers, retirement groups, churches, faith communities and other community organizations help us share Litter Upkeeper Opportunities and refer or vouch for people who may be a good fit.

  • Spread awareness of flexible Litter Upkeeper Opportunities
  • Introduce and vouch for potential Litter Upkeepers
  • Encourage participants to honor opportunities they accept
  • Help Litter Upkeep prioritize the areas we serve next

A Community Partner is not the Upkeeper's employer, supervisor, scheduler or guarantor, and is not responsible for Litter Upkeep's service obligations.

Resource Partner

Resource Partners support the client and property side. When a Litter Upkeeper documents a condition outside our scope, or a client asks for something we do not perform, Litter Upkeep may recommend or route the need to an appropriate Resource Partner.

  • Junk removal, hauling and bulky-item pickup
  • Landscaping, pressure washing and lot sweeping
  • Property maintenance, handyman and exterior cleaning
  • Pest, tree and seasonal snow or ice services

Approval does not guarantee referrals, and not every reported condition results in a partner referral.

Categories expand over time as property needs and partner coverage grow.

How partnering works

Separate paths, same review standard

Community Partner path

  1. 1. Application
  2. 2. Review and approval
  3. 3. Community Partner record and geographic coverage
  4. 4. Referral and vouching relationship
  5. 5. Prospective Litter Upkeeper referrals
  6. 6. Upkeeper applications and network growth

Resource Partner path

  1. 1. Application
  2. 2. Review and approval
  3. 3. Resource Partner record and service categories
  4. 4. Geographic coverage
  5. 5. Eligible client needs and Issue Reports
  6. 6. Referral or connection workflow, then outcome tracking

Approval alone never shares client or Upkeeper information. Permissions, consent and workflow triggers govern what a partner receives.
