Service scope, frequency and pricing for each property are defined in that property's service plan and agreement. Litter Upkeep performs recurring litter upkeep only; services listed in the resource directory are performed by independent providers.

Agreements requiring Litter Upkeep authorization are executed by an authorized company signer.
